    We just heard about this pilot test Panera is doing, and I know I'm excited about it. Maybe someday soon here in Northeast Ohio, I'll be able to order a glass of wine with my large Mac and Cheese. Sweet!

    BTW - this coincides with Panera's nationwide introduction of flatbread pizzas. I like what they're doing. One thing I do know, is Panera should be preparing to preserve the fresh taste of this wine with a wine preserver like Silvadore. Otherwise, they may end up serving old and poor tasting wine in this pilot program.
