- If you are a business who ordered items for on premise use, please contact us at sales@SilvadoreBrands.com.
- We accept returns, but we'll need to provide you with a Return Number and specific shipping instructions. Some items we sell require Ground Shipping only.
- After you receive a Return Number and Shipping Instructions, mail the item(s) back to us at the address provided.
Here's what to expect:
- We check in returns within 48 hours of receipt
- We'll process your refund within 48 hours of receipt
- The refund will be applied to the original payment method used on the order
- You will automatically receive an email confirmation of the refund to the email address used on the original order
- We accept returns for 30 days after initial order shipment. If it is beyond 30 days, please contact us before sending the item back.
- Returns must be in original condition, not used, with original retail packaging intact.
- Used, damaged, or worn items are subject to a restock fee, up to our cost to replace the product, plus a reasonable handling fee.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received an order that was damaged in transit, or contained an item that is defective, please contact us and we will arrange for return shipping back to us - at no cost to you.
